How to use SMS for GOTV
GOTV texting is political texting aimed at turnout: vote-plan reminders, early-vote follow-up, and Election Day completion. SMS for GOTV works when the universe is defined, messages are two-way, and replies are worked — not when a campaign dumps the file the night before.
