Yes. There is $0 platform fee and $0 managed-sending fee. Your campaign pays only disclosed direct costs such as Twilio messaging, required registration/compliance, and applicable AI usage.
What does my campaign still pay for?+
You pay the actual underlying costs required to operate the texting program. FreeMessaging.ai does not add a software markup to those costs.
Can we use FreeMessaging.ai if we already have a texting vendor or team?+
Yes. You do not need to replace anything that already works. FreeMessaging.ai can add incremental SMS capacity alongside your current team, vendor, and workflow.
How long does onboarding take?+
Timing depends on verification, Campaign Verify/CV Token, 10DLC registration, data setup, and campaign readiness. That is why campaigns planning for November 3 should start onboarding as early as possible.
What does my campaign need to provide?+
Campaign information, required verification documents, approved contact data, candidate information, campaign messaging priorities, and the approvals needed to launch compliant outreach.
Who owns our voter and campaign data?+
Your campaign retains control of its campaign data. FreeMessaging.ai uses campaign data to operate the agreed messaging workflows and return captured conversation and supporter information to the campaign.
How is political texting compliance handled?+
The onboarding process includes required verification, registration, opt-out and suppression workflows, and messaging setup. Campaigns remain responsible for ensuring their outreach and data use comply with applicable laws and campaign requirements.
Does FreeMessaging.ai support both P2P and A2P texting?+
Yes. FreeMessaging.ai supports both P2P and A2P political texting workflows, allowing the campaign to use the appropriate approach based on audience, scale, objective, and compliance requirements.
