Campaign Verify remains the identity-verification step that produces the CV Token used in political 10DLC registration. The campaign (or its authorized representative) completes verification; FreeMessaging.ai prepares the workflow and uses the token in the Twilio / 10DLC registration path. Fees and review are Campaign Verify’s, not a FreeMessaging platform charge.

What campaigns should do
- Identify the authorized representative and official committee identity before starting verification.
- Keep website, email, phone, and registration identifiers consistent with public committee records.
- Budget the Campaign Verify fee as a direct campaign cost.
- Begin this step as soon as the agreement is signed so 10DLC is not blocked later.
